dcc6 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and dcc6 ("dcc6", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dcc6 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dcc6 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the dcc6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dcc6 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in gaming activities on dcc6 is legal under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your location, including Pakistani federal and provincial law where applicable.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by dcc6 or any recognised gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of dcc6 or any of its affiliated companies, without prior written authorisation from dcc6 management.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a business or commercial entity.

dcc6 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks at any time and to require documentary proof of identity, age, address, source of funds, or any other matter relevant to your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the dcc6 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one dcc6 account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dcc6 login credentials, including your username and password. dcc6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify dcc6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Account names, usernames, and display names must not contain offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content as determined at the sole discretion of dcc6.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dcc6 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• dcc6 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, and debit cards, subject to availability and applicable minimum transaction limits.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks and, where applicable, source of funds verification. dcc6 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests pending completion of such checks.
• dcc6 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Violation of this requirement may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
• dcc6 reserves the right to charge processing fees on withdrawals, which will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus amounts.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity conducted on dcc6 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of conflict, the specific game or market rules shall prevail over these general Terms in relation to that specific activity.

• dcc6 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrect odds, on an incorrect market, or as a result of a technical error, operator error, or manifest mistake. Affected users will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sporting event may be voided at dcc6's discretion unless explicitly accepted as in-play wagers by the platform.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• dcc6 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, betting market, or feature. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability.
• Game outcomes in RNG (random number generator) titles are determined by certified random number generation systems and are not influenced by dcc6 or any third party.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dcc6 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. dcc6 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its absolute discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and any other conditions published alongside the offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the dcc6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or criminal purpose including but not limited to money laundering;
• Accessing another user's account without authorisation;
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or exploits to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports fraud in connection with bets placed on dcc6;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any dcc6 content without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dcc6 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of dcc6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without the prior written consent of dcc6.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dcc6, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, defects, delays in operation, or transmission;
• Any failure to settle a bet or pay winnings due to technical malfunction;
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any change to the Platform or temporary or permanent discontinuation of any service or feature;
• Financial losses arising from your gaming or betting activity on dcc6.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

dcc6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dcc6 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. 11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination and Account Closure

dcc6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• A regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon closure of your account, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting dcc6 support.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dcc6 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dcc6's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the dcc6 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of dcc6's operating jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that they are individually responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan, including any provincial or federal statutes governing online gaming and gambling.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall be construed to, create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between dcc6 and any user.
